Moon Sound Bath

Join me each month on the new and full moon for some much needed “me time” and a deeply relaxing holistic experience of sound bath and guided meditation. All enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.

 

Each month we explore new themes based on the seasons and moon phases and use them as beautiful reminders to set intentions for the month ahead. We invite positive changes into our lives, release what no longer serves us and reconnect to ourselves to feel a deeper sense of peace and calm.

 

We live in a world that encourages rigid routine and busy schedules that inevitably lead to overwhelm and burnout. The moon reminds us of the natural ebb and flow of life- a time to rest and a time to shine.

Each session starts with a short introduction to the moon phase and a beautiful & powerful intention for our practice. Then all you have to do is lie back and relax as you snuggle down in your cosy bed. Allow me to bathe you in healing and restful sounds from my crystal bowls with guided meditation woven into the exquisite sounds as you drift off on a cloud of bliss.

How does sound bath work?

Sound bath is deeply restorative and relaxing therapy can go where no other medicine can.

Each crystal bowl is tuned to a frequency of various parts of the body and helps you drop into your theta brainwave, the state between sleep and wakefulness. This restorative state allows the mind to quieten, inhibits the stress response and melts tension. It’s much more than a string of beautiful sounds. All you have to do is lie back and relax.

  • Friday 7th October 7-8pm- Aries Full Moon. This bright and bold full moon is a wonderful opportunity let go of limitations you place on yourself, the sabotaging fears & beliefs, and anything holding you back. Many people find they cannot sleep under this moon as fears and doubts rise to the surface. Our sound bath will soothe & release all these worries and ensure you have a brilliant night’s sleep. FULLY BOOKED.

 

  • Friday 28th October 7-8pm- Solar Eclipse & Scorpio New Moon. This rare celestial event is your time for deep healing. It’s time to show yourself some much-needed compassion and kindness, and learn to love & accept yourself, even your darkest parts that hide in shadow. Our sound bath will be like coming home to yourself with unconditional love and acceptance. A renewed sense of calm and wellbeing.

Book both dates for £21 (save £7) or £14 drop in.

Sessions are every 2 weeks, to allow time for everything to sink in and allow you time to rewatch the recordings to get the most of every session.

 “Deep relaxation for the mind, body and soul”

Add your own essential oils or light a scented candle for an extra sensory experience. I also make and sell aromatherapy blends if you would like to add them. Link

 

Each sound bath session is live online through Zoom. A recording is sent to everyone the next day, so you can repeat the session as many times as you like (recording is available for 2 weeks) or if you cannot make it live. This allows you to easily fit the sessions around your schedule.
