In this 3 hour workshop learn to stretch and strengthen your whole back and spine to deeply release physical tension while balancing your energy through the 7 chakras. Using flowing movement, yin yoga, breath and beautiful mindsets, all enhanced through aromatherapy- to create whole body and mind wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels, with plenty of modifications offered.

In this 3-hour workshop I will take you on a journey to learn how to effectively release and manage the physical and mental symptoms of stress. This work shop will use a combination of self-massage techniques to deeply release tension and knots from your back, neck and shoulders; vagus nerve breathing techniques to calm an overwrought nervous system; yin yoga to boost your immune system and a guided aromatherapy meditation to allow you to truly let go.

Learn how wonderful it feels to not constantly be “on edge”.

A flow and yin yoga practice to release tension in your back and spine. Improve mobility, stability and calm a busy mind. The practise is based on the four movements of the spine: a mix of twists, backbends, side bends and forward folds. This will show you where you hold tension, how to let it go and how to adapt the practice to suit your body. Finished off with a deeply relaxing meditation.

Suitable for all levels with plenty of modifications offered.
